Marvel At Us: Marvelous? What do you want from me?!

"Hold up- Tell me what you see..." That's right Big Sean said it best. We marvel at people, places, and things, but if you went beneath the surface, would that noun be worth your time? What do you see when you marvel at people,places, and things? Everyone marvels at something. We are human, I guess I get irked when people get beside themselves.

Like "Hold up tell me what you see..." and "if you saw what I saw you'd be running back."

Yes. running. back. to. sensibility. I guess more often than not I need some one to pinch me so that I do not get beside myself. Narcissistic mannerisms is the American Way.

Everyone is higher than thou. Look in the mirror and tell me what you see.... I see a Flawless Creation, smooth complexion, a nice ride and arch in my back, I see the innocence and the curiosity of the spread of my hips. I see the lust in your eyes as I bite the cherry with my lips. So Marvel at what you see, marvel at your confidence, marvel at the ability to allow others to see you outside of your element.

I marveled at President Barack Obama when I had the opportunity to hear him speak in Birmingham. I received a fiery passion that day, and that's probably the worst kind of marveling; you know when you develop a passion behind whatever consumes your time. 

Why?

Well, you may think the world of your object of affection, but to the next individual it is only an object; an object of no value. I guess its safe to say that to marvel at a noun is okay; however, one must be aware of boundaries and statutes of limitations; Besides that, who wants to get arrested for stalking? Not I.  No pun intended.

Where did you get that Phrase: "Get out your feelings!"

Okay, so you're mad about something drastic and the person you are upset with tells you to "get out your feelings." Or maybe, a policy from a company or organization has changed and it affects you in a more personal way than the next man or woman; their reply is: "You need to get out of your feelings."

 So, have you really took the time to think about this declaration of unwanted complaints from other people?

 No? Oh yeah? 

Well, I have I think  about this phrase more often than not; and who invented it I think I first heard this "Coint" Phrase from the free- spirited, out-spoken, "get -your- life saying," Tamar Braxton. And when I tell you it hit the Urban Dictionary with a hurricane, it hit like hurricane.
 Yes!

 The Urban Dictionary has an even more dramatic phrase: "get your issue" Will have a person of Anger even more upset; get your issue

To get what you have coming to you. Another way of saying "karma".

You better not set up your boyfriend to get robbed... if you do, you're going to get your issue!!!

Well, there's truth to such a phrase and Ill do you one better: "Your issue is not my problem." Yes, Honey! I know its a tad bit abrasive and harsh but sometimes you have to let go of the grit and gravitate to  a statement that truly declares how you feel. If you do no such thing you'll be the "rotten egg! " Such is Life, Right?

Moving along. 

The Picture in this blog illustrates  a hindu custom; the pouring out of anger.

You have to collect free radicals or participles in your homogenous mixture in order to get a cohesive overflow of  sadness, frustration, and oppression and sometimes the glass container may shatter and you'll have to use the broken glass pieces to get to the other side of a mountain, field of dreams or river of overflowing goodness. 

So, Ill share with you a quote my sister shared with me; 

"Anger is an outpouring  of pain, stop fighting the world and look within, it is you who needs healing, not what frustrates you. Plant the seed of positivity in your mind. Nourish it daily with love and it will flower as fear begins to die"

Collectively, there are many ways to assist people with hurt feelings the delivery of such help is the responsibility of the confidant. So What Will you choose:

Harsh Words- Get your Issue/ Get out your feelings/ You need to get out your feelings

Assertive- Words- Your issue is not my problem

or will you decide to plant a seed of positivity so that the substance of things hoped for can nourish such a seed?

She didnt want to feel love not even the presence from above. Bad girls have more fun an good girls are called hoes because their searching for a love yur heart can only think of. So they want to see her loose, no work they put an en to her snooze. 

 

Two degrees strong and potential employers do her wrong. She had a clean record never been to jail, she was livingroom working out to Pink Friday Reloaded and then, she was pressured, she was angered, she was cuffed, spent 24- hours in jail, got lost running form the cell, just trying to catch the bus. She wanted to gather all her belongings didnt want to scream and cuss. 

 

Then she found out  the people who robbed her was really us. So she's like hold up, wayment.

 

Cherish what you have, even in the aftermath. And then one day she heard this song play and all of her emotions were in a song; So is it bad that I never felt love, but you always wanna cut, I never did.

 

And the one day the chips fell, family told her to go to hell. She sat i the pouring rain an reflected on her pain. 

 

So is it bad that I wanna die you make me cry. And we have some issues. 

Then a light went out, she reached for her torch of wisdom, found mockery; forward to delta or so she thought, but a pyramid for a year she couldn't go that route. So forward to delta, and then she blacked out for 24 hours her life was stole, when she came to there was blood i her stool, there was blood in her stool.....

 

Not having it, thats right she can leave shes nobody's fool. And she died there and she cried there, and she died there; yeah she died there....

 

So is it bad that, I never made love, I never did it, but you always want to cut, and "cuz, she has some issues."Dont talk to her dont save shes just a slut go head, bruh get some cut. Just dont commit, lake summit. No wires but were clear that its you, yeah thats her. I fucked her. And o one really knows me, so its true. Believe me when I tell you shes worth less, And bad girls not looking for love, they just want your trust.

 

Locked up. Shocked up. Stuck up. she died there in a valley there was rats there and she sat there and listened to the streets so she knows whats up.

 

Shes not a bad girl, she never did what you think she did, you ust want to cut.... I mean defamation annihilate. Kill all her fate.

Hold up, wayment.

 

This ain't no crisis, look he wife this, look he dogged that, called her at rat. And cuz, she has some issues where's the tissue/ its on the bathroom floor and she died there. So she was thinking about love, I mean real love, she was opened and crushed in a major way. Yeah he took  it there, rape hmm...but she cried there a she died there.

I could write about love and what I think a woman scorned feels like daily. I could shout to the top of my lungs and maybe-

I will one day, one day when the clouds are so grey and my heart beats to a different tune, and on my emotions you prey. I could dwell in the pool of my abyss and reminisce on all the opportunities I've missed. I could say that this is what I deserve, instead I turn new leaves, I change, I love, I serve.

I'll give all I have to humanity, I show who I am everyday and yet and still they challenge me.

So you see, I could get all riled up with emotion, but its the same emotion that evokes the potion.

The potion of passionate poison, I turn my head up and look to the Northeastern horizon.

And my spirit mounts up like an Eagle preparing to take the frontline. I took a flight to a place of the unknown, and it gave impeccable shine. 

Shine bright brighter than a diamond, you can't see it, up in the sky with the right glint in your eye- Oh no I think its only through my eyes that the sun forms a perfect diamond. 

You know like the pressure from the night's coal air, the desire to feel like you're home and the thought of wondering when you'll get there. 

The trust of nature the sway of the night's breeze  the fact that you know you're-

Oh no I think its my my eyes that hold an iridescent shade in the eyes of a kitty kat named zig- changing simultaneously with every angle our eyes locked and at that moment; I knew love in a deeper meaning for it was all over me, love, I had graduated into a deeper, richer, undeniable realm of truth, 

I had found closure in the days of our youth; at that moment-Mrs. Black turned a fiery Gold and before morning, comfort chilled her soul, and the stars aligned on an iridescent axle. Sending Chills through her rainbow;

Gods promise of prosperity and protection, she leaped deep into the well, swimming until she reached the finish line, and collected the finest metal- Platinum!  

Vegan or Bust!!!

Artist to Watch For in 2014

I was surfing the web and stumbled upon a features story on the  Hello Beautiful website. The story gave readers insight to forthcoming artist for this year. I enjoyed the post; however, I cant help but think about artists who are still building repertoire with listeners and spectators. Well I guess what Im trying to say is; Is the Music Industry the Spear-head to Career Suicide?

Most artists write,sing,and perform because there is this undying love for the art, and based on the artists that the website introduced, the artists appear to be passionate about their craft and not necessarily looking for monetary gain.

All most all of the artists have established YouTube Channels that feature original work, covers, and live performances. My question to you all is this; In the height of social networking, personal blogging and video production, is there a need for musical contract with top labels?

Next, is the lovely songstress, JoJo who publicly announced the contract release from her former label, Blackground records. In the midst of new artists coming into the corporate music world, JoJo will not only have to rebrand herself as an artist, but she will also be challenged with creating a stronger fan base. So I guess she could take the final slot of the Hello Beautiful "Artist to Look for in 2014."
