Vegan or Bust!!!

I have committed to a month log challenge; VEGAN!  Im not going to lie, at first I was overwhelmed with the idea of having to submit to a diet that requires the elimination of  all Animal BY Products . I live and breath meat! I came up with a few menu ideas and I wanted to share with you; just in case you decided to join the fun!  Take a look below:

Sweet Potatoes

Oatmeal
Granola
Apple Sauce
Mandarin Oranges Oranges
Pears
Peaches
Strawberries
Cherries
Cantalope 
Honey Dew
Blueberries
Lunch Ideas/ Dinner
Salsa
Tortilla Chips
Veggie Plate_Carrots, Celery, Cucumbers, Tomatoes with oil and vinegar
Spinach Artichoke Guacamole with salsa chips
Walnuts, Grapes, Carrots, cucumbers
Squash, Cabbage,Sweet Potatoes
Iceberg Lettuce, diced tomatoes, assorted peppers, cucumbers with Cha-Cha and fried green tomatoes
Honey roasted Peanuts, Raisins,Prunes,Almonds(Granola)with soy milk 
Blue berries, lettuce, and tomatoes sandwich with salt, oil, vinegar
